Meet Reggie, the dog who started it all. Making an extremely long and expensive story short, We found Reggie as a pup dumped at an abandoned house. We took him in and he was my first bull terrier. At a few years old he started developing severe rashes. They started small and throughout the years and years of vet visits and medications they would never fully go away. We tried it all, steroid treatments, allergists, immunotherapy, you name it I tried it. I was desperate to find him a cure or at least a relief. We had tried raw diets in the past and they would help him get better-ish. His allergy test came back he was allergic to almost everything under the sun. With help from a pet nutritionist we started with a full gut reset and tried to heal him from the inside out. I purchased rabbits and guinea pigs to breed and raise for him just so I knew exactly what he was eating. We then purchased our first milk goat so I had access to fresh milk for him. The last year of his life I earned so much about raw feeding, gut health, and how much it matters how the animal was raised when it comes to feeding pets with severe allergies like Reggie. He passed away in 2019 due to health complications and the following year we bought our 15 acre ranch and started Emerald View Ranch. dedicated to offering the best quality single ingredient pet foods and treats.
